Embora n\u00e3o tenha sido comprovada a situa\u00e7\u00e3o de maus-tratos, conforme a den\u00fancia recebida, foi constatado pelos investigadores que o suspeito possu\u00eda dois Pintassilgos da Venezuela (Spinus cucullatus), nome popular Tarim, da fauna ex\u00f3tica, ambos sem os documentos de origem e, um deles, com a anilha de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o irregular. <em>\u201cA anilha estava rompida e n\u00e3o era destinada a aves ex\u00f3ticas, demonstrando claramente a falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d<\/em>, detalhou a delegada Alessandra Wilke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O suspeito foi autuado em flagrante pelos crimes previstos nos artigos 296, par\u00e1grafo 1\u00ba, inciso I do C\u00f3digo Penal, e 31 da Lei 9605\/98.
