Um homem de 24 anos foi preso nesta sexta-feira (25) em Foz do Igua\u00e7u, no Paran\u00e1, suspeito de ter matado uma mulher e o filho dela em Te\u00f3filo Otoni, no Vale do Mucuri. Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Pol\u00edcia Civil, no dia do crime, em 07 de dezembro de 2018, o autor foi a casa das v\u00edtimas e aplicou v\u00e1rios golpes de faca em cada um. O adolescente Jos\u00e9 Felipe de Jesus, de 15, morreu no local. J\u00e1 Nilma Alves de Jesus, de 50, ainda conseguiu acionar a pol\u00edcia, foi levada ao hospital, mas morreu em seguida.<\/p>\n

Ainda segundo a pol\u00edcia, o suspeito teria tido um relacionamento com o adolescente e o t\u00e9rmino foi a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o do crime. O menor e a m\u00e3e dele foram encontrados com marcas de v\u00e1rias facadas pelo corpo. Eles foram atacados dentro da casa onde moravam na Rua da Colina, no Bairro Gangorrinha.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s o crime o autor fugiu. A Justi\u00e7a expediu mandado de pris\u00e3o neste ano, quando foram iniciadas dilig\u00eancias para encontrar o criminoso. As primeiras informa\u00e7\u00f5es coletadas eram de que o suspeito havia se mudado para o Rio de Janeiro, por\u00e9m ele n\u00e3o foi localizado.<\/p>\n

Nessa quinta-feira (24), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Te\u00f3filo Otoni foi informada que o autor estaria na cidade de Foz do Igua\u00e7u. Com as novas informa\u00e7\u00f5es, a pol\u00edcia paranaense foi acionada e localizou o rapaz em uma casa. Ele foi preso e ser\u00e1 transferido para o pres\u00eddio de Te\u00f3filo Otoni nos pr\u00f3ximos dias.<\/p>\n

A Pol\u00edcia Civil do Estado de Minas Gerais, atrav\u00e9s da Delegacia de Crimes Contra a Vida, sob a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o da delegada de pol\u00edcia, H\u00e9rika Ribeiro Sena, ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias e levantamentos realizados no homic\u00eddio ocorrido no dia 07\/12\/2018, que vitimou m\u00e3e e filho no bairro Gangorrinha, representou pela pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria de Urgete Dionei Pereira Setti.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s parecer favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e deferimento do MM. Juiz de Direito, foi decretada a pris\u00e3o do investigado. Munidos do mandado de pris\u00e3o, a equipe desta Especializada iniciou as dilig\u00eancias a fim de prender o autor, contudo teve informa\u00e7\u00f5es de que este evadiu para o Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Em que pese o contato desta delegacia com a Pol\u00edcia Civil carioca, as equipes n\u00e3o localizaram o autor.<\/p>\n

Ontem, 24\/01\/2019, a equipe da Delegacia de Homic\u00eddios foi informada de que o autor estaria na cidade de Foz do Igua\u00e7u\/PR, motivo pelo qual contatou as pol\u00edcias Civil e Militar daquela cidade, a qual empenhou-se na procura do investigado, que foi localizado hoje (25), e preso.<\/p>\n

O crime gerou muita repercuss\u00e3o nesta urbe, uma vez que as v\u00edtimas foram atingidas com nove golpes de faca, respectivamente, sendo que o adolescente veio a \u00f3bito ainda no local dos fatos, e sua genitora faleceu no hospital.<\/em><\/p>\n
