A parceria contemplar\u00e1 a avia\u00e7\u00e3o comercial da Embraer e servi\u00e7os associados com participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 80% da Boeing, no valor de US$ 4,2 bilh\u00f5es, e de 20% da Embraer.<\/p>\n<p>A expectativa \u00e9 que a parceria n\u00e3o ter\u00e1 impacto no lucro por a\u00e7\u00e3o da Boeing em 2020, passando a ter impacto positivo nos anos seguintes. A\u00a0<em>joint venture<\/em>\u00a0deve gerar sinergias anuais de cerca de US$ 150 milh\u00f5es at\u00e9 o terceiro ano de opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o comunicado da Embraer, a parceria est\u00e1 sujeita \u00e0 aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do governo brasileiro. S\u00f3 ent\u00e3o as duas empresas assinar\u00e3o o acordo. Em seguida ser\u00e1 submetida \u00e0 aprova\u00e7\u00e3o dos acionistas, das autoridades regulat\u00f3rias, e a outras condi\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas a este tipo de transa\u00e7\u00e3o. A<em>\u00a0joint venture<\/em>\u00a0ser\u00e1 liderada por uma equipe de executivos sediada no Brasil e a Boeing ter\u00e1 o controle operacional e de gest\u00e3o da nova empresa, que responder\u00e1 diretamente a Dennis Muilenburg, presidente e CEO da Boeing. A Embraer ter\u00e1 poder de decis\u00e3o para alguns temas estrat\u00e9gicos, como a transfer\u00eancia das opera\u00e7\u00f5es do Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA Boeing e a Embraer possuem um relacionamento estreito gra\u00e7as a mais de duas d\u00e9cadas de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o. O respeito m\u00fatuo e o valor que enxergamos nesta parceria s\u00f3 aumentou desde que iniciamos discuss\u00f5es conjuntas no come\u00e7o deste ano\u201d, disse o presidente, chairman e CEO da Boeing, Dennis Muilenburg.<\/p>\n<p>O presidente e CEO da Embraer, Paulo Cesar de Souza e Silva, afirmou estar confiante de que a parceria ser\u00e1 de &#8220;grande valor&#8221; para o Brasil. \u201cEsta alian\u00e7a fortalecer\u00e1 ambas as empresas no mercado global e est\u00e1 alinhada \u00e0 nossa estrat\u00e9gia de crescimento sustent\u00e1vel de longo prazo\u201d,<\/p>\n<p>As empresas tamb\u00e9m chegaram a um acordo sobre os termos de uma segunda\u00a0<em>joint venture<\/em>\u00a0para promover e desenvolver novos mercados para o avi\u00e3o multimiss\u00e3o KC-390.
