Em depoimento de dela\u00e7\u00e3o premiada prestado \u00e0 Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR), o diretor de Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Institucionais e Governo da J&F (holding do grupo JBS), Ricardo Saud, disse que o presidente Michel Temer recebeu R$ 15 milh\u00f5es em vantagens indevidas para a campanha \u00e0 Vice-Presid\u00eancia em 2014 e para atuar em favor do grupo empresarial.<\/p>\n

Segundo o delator, o valor foi repassado pelo PT. O depoimento do diretor est\u00e1 em um dos v\u00eddeos das dela\u00e7\u00f5es prestadas pelo grupo JBS. O teor dos v\u00eddeos foi divulgado hoje (19) pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) ap\u00f3s o ministro Edson Fachin ter retirado o sigilo das dela\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

\u201cEsses 15 milh\u00f5es eram do PT, e o PT deu para o Temer usar na campanha de vice\u201d, disse Ricardo Saud.<\/p>\n

Saud acrescentou ter comunicado a Temer que a campanha do PT autorizou o repasse, que fazia parte do saldo que o grupo JBS tinha com o partido para doa\u00e7\u00f5es eleitorais. Conforme o delator, o dinheiro foi destinado ao PMDB e ao ex-deputado Eduardo Cunha (RJ), que hoje est\u00e1 preso em Curitiba, no \u00e2mbito da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Lava Jato.<\/p>\n

\u201cVeio a ordem para dar os R$15 milh\u00f5es do PT para o PMDB para a campanha do Temer. Isso feito, eu fui l\u00e1 e comuniquei ao Temer na vice-presid\u00eancia, aqui em Bras\u00edlia, eu disse que chegaram os 15 milh\u00f5es, e ele me disse para eu dar uma semana que ele ia dizer como fazer com o dinheiro\u201d, afirmou Saud.<\/p>\n

Saud declarou aos procuradores que o dinheiro era \u201cpropina dissimulada em forma de doa\u00e7\u00e3o oficial\u201d.<\/p>\n

Pal\u00e1cio do Planalto<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Presid\u00eancia da Rep\u00fablica negou que sejam verdadeiras as acusa\u00e7\u00f5es contra o presidente Michel Temer. \u201cAs informa\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o falsas\u201d, disse a assessoria de imprensa do Pal\u00e1cio do Planalto.<\/p>\n

Conforme a assessoria, todos os recursos recebidos para a campanha de Temer em 2014 foram doa\u00e7\u00f5es oficiais.<\/p>\n
