Rafaela Pereira Souto \u00e9 a principal suspeita de matar o companheiro Jos\u00e9 Nilton de Souza dos Santos, de 29 anos. De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Militar (PM), a v\u00edtima foi encontrada em uma estrada vicinal que d\u00e1 acesso ao C\u00f3rrego Soledade com uma perfura\u00e7\u00e3o no pesco\u00e7o. Uma testemunha relatou que o casal mantinha um relacionamento bastante tumultuado.<\/p>\n<p>A suspeita do crime disse aos militares que na noite anterior ela e Jos\u00e9 Nilton teriam ido para uma festa e ao retornar para casa, entraram em atrito verbal, tendo a v\u00edtima lhe agredido com v\u00e1rios socos. Ainda segundo a PM, durante a confec\u00e7\u00e3o do registro de ocorr\u00eancia, a mulher confessou o crime dizendo que no decorrer da briga, por volta das 23h da noite de s\u00e1bado (22\/10), ap\u00f3s ser agredida e amea\u00e7ada de morte com uma faca, segurou a m\u00e3o do companheiro e empurrou a arma em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao pesco\u00e7o dele.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s golpear o homem, a mulher afirmou que saiu correndo. Familiares da suspeita relataram que ela chegou em casa desesperada, dizendo que havia esfaqueado Jos\u00e9 Nilton, mas n\u00e3o tinha certeza se o mesmo havia falecido. A fam\u00edlia da mulher tamb\u00e9m disse que devido ao ci\u00fame doentio da v\u00edtima, Rafaela era agredida fisicamente e psicologicamente constantemente e que o casal fazia uso imoderado de bebida alco\u00f3lica.<\/p>\n<p>A Per\u00edcia T\u00e9cnica da Pol\u00edcia Civil compareceu ao local do crime e ap\u00f3s os trabalhos de praxe, o corpo foi removido ao Instituto M\u00e9dico Legal (IML) na sede do munic\u00edpio. A suspeita do crime recebeu voz de pris\u00e3o e foi conduzida \u00e0 Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil para demais provid\u00eancias.
