O Presidente da COOPERATIVA DAS FAM\u00cdLIAS AGRICULTORAS DO SERRO – COOPEFAS<\/strong>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe confere o Estatuto Social, convoca os senhores associados para se reunirem em Assembleia Geral Ordin\u00e1ria, a ser realizada no dia 20 de Agosto de 2025, QUARTA-FEIRA, na Ch\u00e1cara do Bar\u00e3o do Serro<\/strong>, localizada \u00e0 Rua Lua de Prata em Serro\/MG, \u00e0s 06h30min<\/strong> em primeira convoca\u00e7\u00e3o com presen\u00e7a de 2\/3 do n\u00famero de associados; se n\u00e3o houver qu\u00f3rum legal, ficam convocados para as 07h30min<\/strong> do mesmo dia e no mesmo local, com presen\u00e7a de metade mais 1 (um) dos associados; se ainda n\u00e3o houver qu\u00f3rum legal, ficam convocados para as 08h30min<\/strong> do mesmo dia e no mesmo local, com presen\u00e7a de no m\u00ednimo 10 associados.
