A Pol\u00edcia Civil confirmou, em nota, que o ex-vereador Gabriel Monteiro se apresentou hoje (7) na 77\u00aa Delegacia Policial (DP), em Icara\u00ed, Niter\u00f3i, regi\u00e3o metropolitana do Rio de Janeiro, onde foi cumprir o mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva expedido pela Justi\u00e7a, devido a processo a que ele responde por estupro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A decis\u00e3o \u00e9 do juiz Rudi Baldi Loewenkron, da 34\u00aa Vara Criminal do Rio de Janeiro. O caso teria acontecido no dia 15 de julho deste ano. O juiz determinou a apreens\u00e3o de armas de fogo e de celulares do acusado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gabriel Monteiro teve o mandato cassado em 18 de agosto, por quebra de decoro parlamentar. Ass\u00e9dio sexual e moral, tentativas de estupro foram algumas das acusa\u00e7\u00f5es ao ex-vereador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
