O quadro cl\u00ednico \u00e9 considerado irrevers\u00edvel pela equipe m\u00e9dica. Neste momento, encontra-se no quarto acompanhado de seus familiares\u201d, diz o texto do boletim do S\u00edrio-Liban\u00eas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O estado de sa\u00fade de Bruno Covas, que sofre de um c\u00e2ncer metast\u00e1tico, come\u00e7ou a piorar no dia 2 de maio, quando os m\u00e9dicos que o atendem descobriram um sangramento no local de seu tumor inicial. Neste mesmo dia, antes de ser intubado, ele encaminhou \u00e0 C\u00e2mara Municipal um pedido de afastamento do cargo por um per\u00edodo de 30 dias, para dar prosseguimento ao seu tratamento contra o c\u00e2ncer. Ap\u00f3s o diagn\u00f3stico, ele iniciou um tratamento de quatro meses de quimioterapia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em fevereiro de 2021, Covas passou por um novo tratamento quimioter\u00e1pico ap\u00f3s os m\u00e9dicos descobrirem um novo n\u00f3dulo no f\u00edgado. Em meados de abril, exames de controle demonstraram novos pontos da doen\u00e7a no f\u00edgado e nos ossos. Com isso, os m\u00e9dicos decidiram dar continuidade ao tratamento com quimioterapia, al\u00e9m de imunoterapia.
