O crime ocorreu no dia 11 de abril deste ano, em Mateus Leme, na Regi\u00e3o Metropolitana. Ele disse aos policiais que o objetivo era matar a esposa em raz\u00e3o de brigas conjugais motivadas por ci\u00fames e problemas financeiros. Ainda conforme o homem, no dia 15 de fevereiro deste ano ele comprou a subst\u00e2ncia dietilenoglicol e aguardou o momento oportuno para envenenar a v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o trabalho investigativo, foram realizadas per\u00edcias t\u00e9cnicas, inclusive exame toxicol\u00f3gico na v\u00edtima, as quais confirmaram tratar-se da subst\u00e2ncia. Al\u00e9m disso, foram ouvidas testemunhas que confirmaram o relacionamento conturbado entre a mulher e o suspeito, casados h\u00e1 19 anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com a delegada que coordenou as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, Ligia Barbieri Mantovani, o homem foi indiciado pelo crime de homic\u00eddio qualificado pelo motivo f\u00fatil, por emprego de veneno, com recurso que dificultou ou impossibilitou a defesa da v\u00edtima e pelo feminic\u00eddio.
