O texto ser\u00e1 entregue aos presidentes do Senado, Davi Alcolumbre, e da C\u00e2mara dos Deputados, Rodrigo Maia, \u00e0s 14h30, no Congresso Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No \u00faltimo dia 16, o ministro disse que ser\u00e1 entregue&nbsp;hoje&nbsp;a primeira parte da proposta de reforma tribut\u00e1ria. Em transmiss\u00e3o ao vivo promovida por uma corretora, ele informou que pretende ir \u00e0 casa do presidente do Senado, Davi Alcolumbre (DEM-AP), entregar uma vers\u00e3o fatiada do texto sem o imposto sobre pagamentos eletr\u00f4nicos, que ficaria para uma&nbsp;segunda&nbsp;etapa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reforma<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segundo Paulo Guedes, a primeira parte da proposta do governo sobre a reforma tratar\u00e1 apenas da unifica\u00e7\u00e3o de impostos federais e estaduais num futuro Imposto sobre Valor Agregado (IVA) dual. O texto do governo ser\u00e1 unificado \u00e0s propostas da C\u00e2mara e do Senado que tramitam na comiss\u00e3o mista desde o in\u00edcio do ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O IVA dual prev\u00ea a unifica\u00e7\u00e3o de diversos tributos em dois impostos: um federal e outro regional. Em tese, tributos como o Imposto sobre Produtos Industrializados (IPI) e o Imposto sobre Opera\u00e7\u00f5es Financeiras (IOF) poderiam ser unificados, mas o ministro explicou que, no n\u00edvel federal, o IVA fundir\u00e1 o Programa de Integra\u00e7\u00e3o Social (PIS) e a Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o Financiamento da Seguridade Social (Cofins).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cTemos que come\u00e7ar pelo que nos une. Vamos come\u00e7ar com o IVA dual. Vamos acabar com o PIS e a Cofins. Isso j\u00e1 est\u00e1 na Casa Civil\u201d, disse o ministro.
